The redesign helped companies drove 40% more user engagements with the recruitment content displayed on the site, converted candidates with more dynamic content, collected 3X more anonymous employee reviews, and helped companies establish employer branding by enabling more control and customizations back to the company owners. The latest version also outperformed previous ones on SEO with more relevant user-generated content resulting in year over year upward trend on organic traffic.

Similar to Glassdoor, a company owner (e.g. HR leader, Chief People Officer, etc.) manages his or her company’s profile page on Comparably to make sure the company information is up to date and that job seekers are retaining fair and accurate company information through the site.
